Gino Arnone has helped literally hundreds of Northwestern Ontario businesses and non-profit corporations to achieve success. He provides expert advice and assistance in organizing and reorganizing business structures to maximize their commercial and tax efficiencies. He has successfully handled a large number of business acquisitions, from small corporate business purchases to large and complex transactions.

Gino conducts seminars in Contemporary Business Law and the Personal Property Security Act/Creditor-Proofing, with the goal of helping local businesses better understand these issues.

He graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in 1971, and earned his LL.B. from Queen’s in 1974.
